There are two main differences between Martin and other recruiters I have worked with. First of all Martin puts in significant effort to understand and continuously improve his understanding of the role especially those attributes which are less apparent from any job specification and you may consider obvious. Secondly the effort Martin makes to find ideal candidate and expanding the potential pool of recruiting to those who may not be looking to change employment.
